Exchange Policy

Cancellation Policy:

1. In case there is an order cancellation, please do so before it is shipped. Once the product is shipped, it cannot be cancelled through our website.

Exchange Policy:

1. Exchanges are applicable only to select products. Detailed exchange eligibility and conditions are provided on the respective product pages. For most products, the standard exchange window is 3 days.
2. The exchange policy for any product is subject to change without prior notice.
3. In case pickup service is not available at your location, you will need to self-ship the product to our office address.
4. Exchange charges may apply on a case-to-case basis.

Note for Exchange:

• Items must be unused and unwashed for hygiene reasons.
• The product should have original packaging and tags intact. Items without original tags will not be accepted.
• Customized products cannot be exchanged.
• Exchange requests not raised within the specified exchange period (refer to product page) will not be accepted.
